  [gnome3-team/staging ppa] gpartedbin crashed with SIGSEGV in
  Glib::wrap_register_init()

Status in gparted package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  get that crash several times when i either call it via the System
  Tools or the terminal

  note: that system is using the gnome3-team/staging packages (aka
  libglibmm 2.43.2)
