  No, considering a cluster with 10,000+ nodes, pressing the "Yes/No"
  for each node is a show stopper. Our product is designed to automatic
  deploy and manage the scalability HPC cluster, interaction during the
  os provisioning is taken as a blocking issue from our perspective.

  For the partitioning without confirmation I found a suggestion to try adding:

      d-i partman/choose_partition \
            select Finish partitioning and write changes to disk

  before
