Public bug reported:

To reproduce enter a program from the mate desktop like
pluma
atril
caja
mate-terminal
marco
mate-system-monitor
engrampa
mate-keybinding-properties
mate-keyboard-properties
mate-mouse-properites
mate-display-properites
mate-window-properties
mate-at-properties
mate-defualt-application-properties
mate-screenshot

However brendy at brendy-Standard-PC-i440FX-PIIX-1996:~$
mozo
mate-tweak
mate-notification-properties

are not effected.
command-not-found:
  Installed: 0.3ubuntu15.2
  Candidate: 0.3ubuntu15.2
  Version table:
 *** 0.3ubuntu15.2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Description:	Ubuntu Vivid Vervet (development branch)
Release:	15.04

I expected these packages in mate to have a command not found similar to
metacity if it is not installed of telling you which package it comes
from and suggesting the correct comnad if you make a typo that is close.
Instead it just says command not found which is not helpful for users
that don't know which package it is in or mistype commands frequently.
