Title:
  ISST-LTE: Ubuntu15.04: On reboot lpar is not coming up, falls to
  recovery mode

Status in multipath-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  == Comment: #0 - Sowmya G. Parvathi <sowparva at in.ibm.com> - 2015-01-20 03:01:24 ==
  I have a lpar installed with ubuntu 15.04. To start IO tests we begin with IO setup, this setup tool basically creates and mounts file systems which will be used for IO tests. If lpar is rebooted after IO setup, lpar falls into recovery mode, so to make lpar up i should remove entry of newly created filesystems from /etc/fstab. And i am facing this issue with multipath disks. Multipath disks will be in undefined state, when lpar is in recovery mode.

  After reboot:

  I did a dump restart yesterday when lpar was coming up, logs showed
  kernal panic traces. I will be attaching the log.
