[Bug 1375674] [NEW] Network proxy settings GUI does not have "no proxy for"

Public bug reported:

When configuring the network proxy settings in Unity, from the System
Settings dialog, there is no way to configure the "no proxy for" field
even tho the under-lying infrastructure supports this field.

Any corporate environment using a proxy will require multiple local
servers etc. to be configured here so not having this field is a serious
oversight.

** Affects: update-notifier (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
