[Bug 1374754] [NEW] Unable to install Ubuntu14.10 on Virtualbox

I am unable to install Ubuntu 14.10(64-bit PC(AMD64)desktop image on my
virtualbox. My hostmachine is Kubuntu14.04 runing a virtualbox version-
4.3.10-ubuntur93012. Inside my virtualbox i have assigned Memory size
7646 MB, and virtual hard drive is 8GB.While installing i was having
this error message on my screen "Failed to access perfect msr (MSR
c0010004 is 0)" also "SMBus base address uninitialized - upgrade BIOS or
use force_addr=0xaddr" then it prompted that it has insufficent disk
space to get install.
