[Bug 1374533] [NEW] Acid pink colors in XFCE4 after dist-upgrade from trusty to utopic

Public bug reported:

After upgrading trusty to final beta of utopic, all window decoration
become extremely pink instead of sane colors (see attachment for
example).

About half of the available themes is pink instead of normal mild blue
colors (Numix, Mist, Industrial, etc) - all them are pink-decorated.
