For comparison here's the requested log from my Utopic that was used
more than once to successfully create a Utopic live USB. I'll boot into
my Trusty that continually produced bad Utopic live USB's momentarily.

  this bug is similar with Bug #645818, but we cannot confirm whether
  they are the same.  If we type "live" and press enter, we can enter
  live mode.
