Gutsy is no longer a supported release of Ubuntu and people experiencing
a problem resulting in the error "Could not calculate the upgrade"
should open their own bug report using 'ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-
upgrader'.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  Installed Gutsy Beta yesterday with no apparent problems. Ran update
  manager to check for available updates which returned following
  message:

  A unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

  Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the following error message:
  'E:Error, pkgProblemResolver::Resolve generated breaks, this may be caused by held packages.'
