Russia will subtract an hour from most of its time zones on 2014-10-26.

Three days left.

But LTS Lucid, Precise and Trusty still has no updated tzdata (at least
2014f).

  Description:	Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
  Release:	14.04

  According to Russian goverment there was a lot of changes in tzdata
  v2014f. It would be nice if this version (or 2014g) will appear in
  Ubuntu in short amount of time.
