  Update manager

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  1. Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (64 bit)
  2. Source: kde workspace; version: 4:4.8.5-0ubuntu 0.3
  3. I wanted to update applications. Software center not working and unable to report error. A notification comes up in the tasks bar.
  4. The below error message comes in the screen:

  An unresolvable problem occurred while initializing the package
  information.

  Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and
  include the following error message:

  'E:Malformed line 52 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (dist
  parse)'
