This is a netboot issue. I'm not sure what package this is associated
with.

If I have only one disk on a server my preseed config (attached) works
as expected and creates lvm partitions defined in my expert_recipe.

If I have two disks then netboot asks me to "Select disk to partition".
Once it has asked me this it partitions the disk using extended
partitions rather than lvm partitions thus ignoring the lvmok argument
in the expert_recipe.  The created partition correspond to the sizes and
names of the partitions in the expert_recipe so it is still reading this
section of the preseed file, but they aren't lvm's.

I can reproduce this on multiple system types including virtualbox, esx,
hardware. This example is using a VirtualBox virtual machine.

trusty.cfg - preseed config I am using which exhibits this issue. I
redacted a few values.

selectdisk.png - screenshot of the disk prompt
goodpart.png - screenshot of the partitioning with one disk.
badpart.png - screenshot of partitioning with two disks.

syslog - /var/log/syslog log up to the point where netboot has chosen to use extended partitions
partman - /var/log/partman log up to the point where netboot has chosen to use extended partitions.

Please let me know if there is any more information I need to provide.
