Title:
Installing 13.04 crashes when installing GRUB

Status in “grub-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Installing 13.04 with raided partitions for /, /boot and /home.
Everything is ok except that GRUB won't install.

  /dev/sdh + /dev/sdi = /dev/md0 (/root) and /dev/md1 (/) [MBR based]
  /dev/sda + /dev/sdb + /dev/sdc = /dev/md2 (/home) [GPT based]

  Tried installing GRUB on /dev/sdh, /dev/sdi, /dev/md0 and /dev/md0p1 -
all fail and crash the installer
