Title:
man page of `free` uses the term "kilobytes" when it means "kibibytes"

Status in “procps” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  The man page says:

  -k, --kilo
Display the amount of memory in kilobytes. This is the default.

  However, it should say:

  -k, --kilo
Display the amount of memory in kibibytes. This is the default.

This will make the man page comply with Ubuntu's unit policy.

The bug is only in the contents of the man page, not in the behaviour
  of the `free` command.
