  Cant upgrade from precise to trusty LTS enablement stack

Status in “update-manager” package in Ubuntu:

  $ sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-lts-trusty xserver-xorg-lts-trusty libgl1-mesa-glx-lts-trusty
