checked that the flask testsuite passes with the python-werkzeug patch
applied, both with python 2.7.6 and python 2.7.8.

  The attached patch, picked from upstream, fixes an issue seen with
  Python 2.7.7 or newer.  Currently the flask testsuite fails, and it
  succeeds with the patch applied to python-werkzeug.
