  Fail to install Ubuntu MATE on MacBook Pro

Status in “grub-installer” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I'm trying to install Ubuntu MATE beta on a MBP.
  Problems detected:
  At boot time, Grub started giving me the options but after selecting the first option, the laptop gave me a "5.710075 i8042: No controller found".
  I restarted the computer and I modified the boot script using nomodeset instead of quiet splash. That solved that problem.
  Then when I tried to install Ubuntu, it came with this problem.
