Bug description:
  The following error occurs in utopic server installations starting
  from 20141011:

  Oct 16 10:14:44 live-installer: update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults
  Oct 16 10:14:44 live-installer: update-initramfs: deferring update (trigger activated)
  Oct 16 10:14:44 live-installer: Processing triggers for initramfs-tools (0.103ubuntu8) ...
  Oct 16 10:14:44 live-installer: update-initramfs: deferring update (trigger activated)
  Oct 16 10:14:45 live-installer: Processing triggers for initramfs-tools (0.103ubuntu8) ...
  Oct 16 10:14:45 base-installer: info: Found kernels ''
  Oct 16 10:15:52 base-installer: error: exiting on error base-installer/kernel/no-kernels-found

  Occurs with both amd64 and i386 iso's post 20141011 inclusive.
  Installer syslog is attached.

  Steps:
  1. Boot the iso and proceed with default selections.
  2. After confirmation of partitioning options, this error is seen
