  trusty 14.01 efi installer crashes on grub install failure

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  This relates to efi boot mode Instead of reporting grub install failed and finishing the installation the installer chrashes.
  I run the installer from a usb boot stick updated with: apt-get update; apt-get upgrade
