You appear to be trying to use the Guid Partition Table on a non UEFI
computer.  This requires a 1 MB bios_grub partition for grub to work.

Bug description:
  Whilst doing a fresh install of 14.10, the grub install process fails.
  Trying to reselect a different device also fails, the error seems
  fatal.
