Bug 1382059 is duplicate with bug 1298505. The serverguide has already
been fixed for 14.04. The bug remains open for the 12.04 serverguide,
but is unlikely to ever be done.

In Ubuntu Server 14.04 it appears it is not possible to restart
networking. This is fresh install from ISO.
