+ This only happens when upgraded with deltas:
+ 
+ $ ubuntu-device-flash --channel=ubuntu-touch/ubuntu-rtm/14.09-proposed --revision=96
+ and OTA to r100
  
  How to reproduce:
  
  open NearBy scope or Music scope or News scope.. the first item should
  be a horizontal list of cards. but nothing is displayed
