  I can't update ubuntu, an essential repository didn't find

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  I installed gnome 3.4 thenceforth some programs doesn't work afther
  its installation. And now, when I try to upgrate the system it says
  something like: We can't install some repositories, would you like to
  upgrate partially? I said yes. And then the upgrate program crash.
