Public bug reported:

Apparently there are network errors (even though network works fine), so
the log says WARNING - Error received from UDM during startDownload:
Network Error. When hitting the close button for the download error,
more errors appear in the log: click_query_error-quark failed to
canonicalize (appid here). I'm on r243.
