[Bug 1377492] [NEW] bug appears whenever i try to install ubuntu

hallo.
i wanted to replace windows with new Ubuntu 14.04.1 TLS so i did everything correct and started booting pc with USB drive. 
created new partitions for hard drive:

30GB (primary memory Ext4  for    \)
4GB(primary memory swap )
and the rest (primary memory Ext 4 for \home)
then i did some fallowing steps error message appears that it cant copy some data
