[Bug 1377048] [NEW] Just trying to upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04

It crashed 2 hours in.

Said it might be leaving the computer in an unusable state.

Said it would do some sort of dpkg operation to make the computer usable
again.

It didn't do that... it just hung.
