Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-notifier

  I'm running ubuntu 9.10 amd64
  1.run aptitude hold emacs-jabber
  2.aptitude dist-upgrade shows emacs-jabber was hold
  3.aptitude show emacs-jabber: # ih emacs-jabber
  4.but everytime the update-notifier works it will inform me to upgrade my emacs-jabber
