btrfs-tools could ship the contributed completions just as easily, and
install them with dh_bash-completion.

Bug description:
  I'm on 14.04.1, up to date as of today.

  There is no btrfs completion functionality in bash_completion, and
  btrfs has a lot of wordy commands (which can be abbreviated, FWIW).
