Bug description:
  Binary package hint: python-apt

  There are more mirrors listed in
  https://edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors/ than those that are
  listed in /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Ubuntu.mirrors

  There should be a sync at least before a new Ubuntu release, with the
  mirrors listed in the mirror archives page, or maybe a script to
  update python-apt each time a new mirror is registered and
  successfully probed.
