Title:
Can't open Update Manager window after a while
Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
* The Update Manager popped up in the Dock automatically, while I was doing other work.
* I did not immediately click on it but rather about 30 minutes later (maybe more).
* Clicking on the icon does nothing, the window doesn't come up.
I *can* right click the icon and choose 'Install All Available
Updates' and it will work. I don't know if a window should come up, it
only shows the progress inside the Dock.
This bug happens every time, unless I click the icon immediately after
it pops up in the Dock.
