Title:
No "clear" information about new updates

Status in “update-notifier” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
If new updates are available, a minimized window is only stored in the
panel, that is the only info.

On Ubuntu 12.04 it was possible auto-launch setting to false:
  --
  gsettings set com.ubuntu.update-notifier auto-launch false
  --
then an icon is displayed in the panel that new updates are available and the minimized window was not displayed.

In 'dconf Editor' I have under 'com.ubuntu.update-notifier' setting 'auto-launch' not found.
The Minimized update window is easy to overlook, an additional (red) icon in the panel would be better.
