Bug description:
  This is a minor bug.

In user preferences, during select time zone section, If you want to
select the indian time zone you will notice that Indian city "Kolkata"
is missing, instead its old name "Calcutta" is shown.

"Culcutta is the old name of the city, since then the name of the city
has been changed, and the current name of city is "Kolkata"
