Bug description:
  Binary package hint: doxygen

  As already reported in bugzilla doxygen version 1.5.5-1ubuntu1 has an
  issue in dealing with equal file names in different directories.

  Testing the same on a gentoo machine (doxygen-1.5.4) doesn't show this
  bug.

  As this bug is fixed in doxygen 1.5.6 is there upgrade available? As
  stated in bugzilla an svn-version with the file issue fixed exists for
  1.5.5 too...

  Using Hardy Heron with hardy proposed enabled.
