This doesn't seem to have anything to do with ubiquity.  In addition,
the error message says that libreoffice-writer is corrupt.  You probably
have a bad network connection and it corrupted the download.  Delete the
libreoffice-writer .deb file from /var/cache/apt/archives and try again.
