Bug description:
  [Impact]

  In utopic more c32 files need linking to ensure live-build can come up
  with a working syslinux installation. Without the additional links
  live-build and thus ubuntu-defaults-image will create ISOs with a
  disfunct syslinux erroring out when trying to load the c32s in
  question.

  This does not affect ubuntu-cdimage as that one copies specific c32s
  manually.

  The fix for this problem is to link all c32s ubuntu-cdimage copies.

  [Test Case]

  * sudo ubuntu-defaults-image --release utopic --package ubuntu-desktop --flavor ubuntu --components main,restricted,universe,multiverse
  * boot created iso

  [Regression Potential]

  * None that comes to mind
