[Bug 1391844] [NEW] debsnap should include sources from Ubuntu/Launchpad

Public bug reported:

>From the debsnap manpage: "The only publicly available snapshot archive
is currently located at http://snapshot.debian.org".  That is obviously
wrong, Launchpad also publishes all source uploads.  It would be nice to
be able to download sources from Launchpad as well with debsnap.
