For autopkgtest we need something like --copy-after or --teardown-
commands to put extra stuff like /var/log/syslog/ or /var/crash into
$ADT_ARTIFACTS. --teardown-commands is more generic as it would also
allow us to call programs like "dmesg" or "journalctl -a".

Title:
Test runner should store artifacts for more logs in the testbed
Status in Ubuntu CI Engine:
Confirmed
Status in “autopkgtest” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
I think this is already planned, but asac asked to make sure that it's
recorded. We should make sure that there are additional logs from the
testbed for things like dmesg and crash files.
