  Mythbuntu 14.04 installer crashes on fresh install

Bug description:
  The Mythbuntu 14.04 installer crashes when attempting a fresh
  installation onto a blank hard disk.  This is with the final release
  version of the installer on a frontend/backend HTPC system.
