Verified that the test source now builds on all arches in a PPA using
the -proposed sphinx.

Bug description:
  As can be seen here http://paste.ubuntu.com/7411452/ if running
  dh_sphinxdoc for a non-arch-all build against a package with arch-dep
  binaries, dh_sphinxdoc throws an error.

  There's a commit in Debian SVN that fixes this.
