  Unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Message : "this can be caused by : *Upgrading to a pre-release  version  of Ubuntu *Running the current pre release version of Ubuntu *Unofficial sofware packages not provided by Ubuntu."
  As far as I know, nothing applies to my installation.
  It's a regular one with all updates.

  ~$ lsb_release -rd
  Description:    Ubuntu 13.10
  Release:        13.10

  ~$ sudo apt-cache policy pkgname
  N: Impossible de trouver le paquet pkgname

  ~$ sudo apt-get install pkgname
  Lecture des listes de paquets... Fait
  Construction de l'arbre des dépendances       
  Lecture des informations d'état... Fait
  E: Impossible de trouver le paquet pkgname
