  rsync keeps syncing file that isn't changed

Status in “rsync” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  As in summary. I've got dvd iso image, and the only thing that is
  being done to the file is mounting it in fstab. Yet, everytime i
  rsync, the file is being transfered. I have several others cd isos
  mounted this way, and they behave properly.
