Then your dvd is corrupt.  Please check the md5sum of the file you
downloaded, and reburn the dvd, and then choose the check disc option
when you boot it up.

Title:
  Installation can not complete

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Everytime when I try to install Xubuntu or Ubuntu 14.04 beta it shows
  error like "input/output error e.g. files on your DVD is corrupted". I
  made this installation on my laptop from some several flash drives
  (even from new, freshly buyed), and installation was interrupted every
  time on different files.
