Then your dvd is corrupt. Please check the md5sum of the file you
downloaded, and reburn the dvd, and then choose the check disc option
when you boot it up.

Title:
Installation can not complete
Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Everytime when I try to install Xubuntu or Ubuntu 14.04 beta it shows
error like "input/output error e.g. files on your DVD is corrupted". I
made this installation on my laptop from some several flash drives
(even from new, freshly buyed), and installation was interrupted every
time on different files.
Sorry for my bad English :)
