Bug description:

  arm64.db5.3_5.3.28-3ubuntu2_FAILEDTOBUILD.txt.gz

  Running suite TestChannel
this is a test for repmgr channels feature
  use ports: {30101, 30102, 30103}
  1. send async msg with no msg dispatch in place
  2. send request with no msg dispatch in place
  3. send request where recip forgot resp
  4. now with dispatch fn installed, send a simple async msg
  5. send a multi-seg request
  6. send zero-segment request
6.a) send request with a zero-length segment (now why would anyone want to do that?)
  6.b) get a zero-length response
  6.c) get a zero-length response (alternate version)
  6.d) get a zero-length response (DB_MULTIPLE, zero segments)
  6.e) get a zero-length response (DB_MULTIPLE, a zero-length segment)
  6.f) get a zero-length response (DB_MULTIPLE, a zero-length segment in the middle)
  7. send request with too-small USERMEM buffer
  8. send USERMEM request without necessary DB_MULTIPLE
  9. send USERMEM request with DB_MULTIPLE
  F

  There was 1 failure:
  1) TestChannelFeature: ../test/c/suites/TestChannel.c:548: assert failed

  !!!FAILURES!!!
  Runs: 1 Passes: 0 Fails: 1

  Finished suite TestChannel
