Bug description:
  Upgarde from Ubuntu 12.04.4 to 12.10 in the hope of fixing backuppc samba probelme when backing up Windows hosts.
  Upgarde reported zoneminder cannot be upgraded because it is configured alread
  After finished upgrade and restart in 12.10, zoneminder functioned as normal.
