  Upgrade aborted while upgrading Kubuntu into 14.04 from 13.10

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  All files are downloaded and upgrade was aborted unexpectedly at the
  last stages of the installation (like 2 or 3 hours of waiting).

  The error message was something like: "Your system is broken, use dpkg -a (or another letter) to repair"
