[Bug 1290203] [NEW] having trouble duel installing

if i had an answer then there would be no report. I am new and dont know
how to discribe beyond the summer.   have elementary installed trying to
load ubuntu as a dual boot.  10 crashed three times.  now  is crashing
as well    At least it is allwoing me to send you informaiton  now.  -
