  Since version 13.10, Montreal is not offered as geographic location at

Status in “ubiquity” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Until version 13.04, I could choose "Montreal, Québec (Canada)" as
  geographic location at install time. It is no longer the case since in
  version 13.10.
