  Unhandled exception when upgrading python3-distupgrade

Status in “ubuntu-release-upgrader” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Every time there is an upgrade to the package, I see error messages
  like this. I've seen this unhandled exception many times, but I'm not
  sure if it is with this exact package every time.
