[Bug 1335503] [NEW] Can't change default encryption parameters

Public bug reported:

Compared ubiquity to the d-i based textmode-installer (used by the
former alternate installer and the MinimalCD) we have no possibility to
change the defaults of partman-crypto.

The textmode-installer offers following additional preferences:
- Encryption cipher
- Key size
- IV algorithm

Defining "partman-crypto/text/specify_cipher" with debconf-configure
used in i18n.py had no affect for me. Also this key seems to be unused
by partman-crypto itself.

Possible workarounds described here:
- https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/partman-auto-crypto/+bug/1015615

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
