[Bug 1334849] [NEW] 14.04 Instal: grub installer failed while finishing install to raid 1 array

Public bug reported:

I was installing to a raid-1 array, that I'd set up in a Live CD
session, which utilised several partitions on the internal HDD of my HP
laptop, and mirrored partitions on an external usb HDD (WD My Passport,
1TB).

I asked the instaler to install the bootloader to /dev/md0 - where my
/boot partition had been created (500MB)

I was following / trying to follow the partitioning scheme described at
https://wiki.debian.org/Multi%20HDD/SSD%20Partition%20Scheme, with the
exception that I was going to add the SSD later (When it gets delivered)
if possible. Other wise I'd go through it again.
